With an empathetic heart and mind, we work to educate others in order to empower them for future endeavors. 

As we have gone through our careers working with children and communities, we have found that there are many great resources to help.  However, sometimes it is difficult to know what resources are the best for any given situation.  With an empathic approach, we are able to better understand the story being told to us, and then, we are able to customize our approach.  After we have solidified our goals, we all work together building relationships and knowledge for positive change.

Currently, we are in a position to offer the following services:

• Support foster parents and group homes in successfully transitioning students into school as well as be advocates for the children.  

• Assisting districts and schools in creating systems of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports.

• School Improvement Planning and Support for schools based on Federal, State and the school's district guidelines. 

• Special Education Advocacy for families that want to bridge the relationship between them and the school to ensure a quality education for their child.  

• Working with schools and school districts in developing relationships with outside agencies to create a holistic educational environment.

Our future goals include:

• Establish  e3 Scholar Athletes Academy to provide a high-quality education as well as opportunities in athletics.  

• Develop group homes to support children and single-parents in their quest for a better life.

• Family reunification program that incorporates work-force development and family support.
