Heidi Schermer was born and raised in Southern California and made her way to Arizona State University after high school. There she completed her bachelor degree in Elementary Education, and began her teaching career in the Phoenix area. As a teacher, instructional coach and administrative teacher on assignment, she continued her education with a master degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.

Having experience in public and charter Title I schools, she has develop a range of instructional techniques to support teachers and learners as they grow within the classroom. As a school leader, she showed great ability to mentor new teachers as well as supporting teachers in differentiation for remediation and enrichment.

As part of e³ Human Development, Heidi will be assisting in new teacher development, differentiation within lessons, school wide programing, student advocacy, and professional development.
